Our Events Consultancy service steers you through five clearly defined stages. Each of these stages breaks down into 5 areas giving a comprehensive step by step plan for reassurance, peace of mind and event success.

Stage 1. Introduction/understanding your needs

Stage 2. Mapping

Stage 3. Planning

Stage 4. Event Delivery

Stage 5. Measurement and feedback

We can be commissioned to guide you through any or all of these stages. In each case, our aim is to work as an integrated part of your team so that we can share and pass on our knowledge, developing your skills while guiding your through your event.

Stage 1. Introduction

Getting to know each other: This is a free initial consultation to help establish your requirements and how we can work with you to deliver them.

During this initial meeting we will:

  • Gain an understanding of your events and give an outline of the support we are able to provide
  • Demonstrate how we are able to fit within budgets and the savings that can be generated
  • Detail the remaining 4 stages of the consultancy process
  • Reassure you with our track record, to build confidence in what we can do for you
  • Clarify next steps and costs

Stage 2. Mapping

Mapping the destination: This is where we start working alongside you to better understand and fully establish the objectives of your event.

This entails:

  • Planning the route, from project brief to successful delivery. This provides a clear 20 stage process taking you through the production process
  • Budgeting. Often a minefield, but with our experience we can guide you through it, suggesting the right solutions to meet your budget and clarifying the implications of differing levels of spend in each area
  • Creating relevant staging and technical solutions. The right solution is not always the obvious one. With our experience across all areas of event production we can ensure that the solutions created are the most applicable and efficient
  • Outlining the production resources needed. We will put together a list of requirements and what type of suppliers are the most suitable for your event needs
  • Sourcing and recommending appropriate suppliers and experts. With our extensive lists and knowledge of industry suppliers we are able to put together short lists of the most appropriate for your events. We also work with procurement and purchasing departments to establish the most applicable suppliers from a preferred supplier list

Stage 3. Planning

Getting started: This is where our extensive experience allows us to point you in the right direction and cover off everything you will need for the journey ahead.

We have a number of ways in which we can work with you on the planning of your event. Each client tends to have their own bespoke requirements. However, loosely speaking we can either work with your in-house teams providing the experience and knowledge where it is needed or we can assemble an experienced production team to work with you under our guidance.

  • Production Management
  • Creative and Content Design and Management
  • Technical and Staging
  • Delegate Logistics
  • Environmental and Regulatory Management

You may need help with some or all of the above: our role is to help you decide, then make real progress.

We tailor our involvement to suite your needs.

Stage 4. Event Delivery

Making it happen: This part of the journey is all about delivery on site. This is, of course, the most crucial part of the great adventure, but its success is dependent on the good work you have done in the build-up.

Here, your dedicated Event Consultant becomes your Event Director, leading the production on-site and ensuring that the event runs seamlessly and to plan.

Their huge wealth of experience, calmness under pressure, hands-on control and knowledge of all aspects of event management helps create a stress-free environment.

Stage 5. Event measurement and feedback

Assessing effectiveness. Any event can only be called a success if its impact matched your objectives. We can help you make an objective assessment. This entails:

  • Creating measurement criteria
  • Determining audience viewpoints
  • Establishing if and where these aligned to your goals
  • Measuring return on investment
  • Highlighting areas for improvement next time

We will work with you to put metrics in place within the production process and during and after the event.
